Beautiful wedding in stunning Kingscliff over the weekend with Jody & Ian.

The preparations, ceremony and reception were all at Pepper’s at Salt which was just a perfect location and everyone was looked after by the great team there.

After exchanging vows in an intimate ceremony officiated by Rev. Barry Dangerfield (who in a special touch had married both Ian’s parents, sister and other relatives some years earlier) we took a relaxed stroll down to the beach.

Despite some difficulty getting onto the beach due to recent storms having removed a significant amount of sand, Ian proved chivalry’s still well and truly alive by helping his damsel in distress down to the water.

The lighting near the water during the afternoon was just brilliant - an amazing golden hue.

I had the chance to work with photographers Kristie & Brett from NGG at the wedding for the first time which was loads of fun. Jody and Ian were very obliging with any suggestions or ideas we had and it really paid off with some beautiful imagery.
